Sophie Vandebroek is chief technology officer for Xerox and president of the Xerox Innovation Group. She is responsible for overseeing Xerox’s research centers in Europe, Asia, Canada, and the U.S. as well as the Palo Alto Research Center (PARC). She is a fellow of the Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers, a Fulbright fellow, and a fellow of the Belgian-American Educational Foundation. She holds 12 U.S. patents. In 2011 she was inducted into the Women in Technology International Hall of Fame and elected to the Royal Flemish Academy for Arts & Science.
